Re: The Question that wasn't asked in the survey!

For some reason I can't register a vote, but no big deal - my cancellation vote would only have increased it to 16%. I figured I'd wait a week or so until I calmed down, but after that week I'm still incredibly sad, angry and absolutely seething inside, so I figured it's as good time as any for a de...

Re: Who was the coach?

Bob Slade. Around half the side turned up at Norwood Oval 2-3 years back when Bob's ashes were scattered around the SW flank.

So true, but when I was his age, you'd have had no hope of convincing me of that....

I really feel sad for the young fella. :(

Thanks Jas first time I've seen it so can comment now. Perfect tackle in my book dont forget the 3 reasons you tackle you opponent..... 1. To prevent him from disposing of the ball to advantage. 2. If possible to dispossess your opponent of the ball. 3. To physically intimidate him.....or hurt him....

Not concerned cos I'll chase it up on Tuesday, but am curious if others haven't received theirs. Could be members out there who don't follow...

And how nice that a little bit of Norwood's past, in Neil Balme and Tom Harley, were involved in the power's humiliation today. ( With obvious commiserations to Peter Rhode though...) Why have any commiserations for Peter Rhode?? Surely you are joking?? He's not a Norwood man any more - he's a Port...

Interestingly, Port (power's) last Grand Final loss was in 1984 when Neil Balme coached us. And interesting too that Port Magpie's last Grand Final loss, also to Norwood, was an embarrassing margin. And how nice that a little bit of Norwood's past, in Neil Balme and Tom Harley, were involved in the ...

Great to see Marshall getting a game, just the experience will be good for him. Iggy has earn't his chance too so I hope he shows something. I am not sure what has happened to Nick Lower, he must be being kept again as an emergency for the Power. On Meesen, speaking from a selfish point of view. Yo...
